Account and sign-in

If you cannot sign in, include your account email and device/browser details when contacting support. Do not send your password.

Billing and Pro access

Web payments are processed by Stripe. If Pro access does not appear after payment, send your account email and checkout receipt time to support.

Voice and pronunciation

Voice playback and speech recognition depend on device/browser support. If audio is missing, try updating the browser and enabling microphone/audio permissions.
