EVSIM LIMITED, operating LittleDragon by NDUP Global ("we", "our", or "us"), provides the LittleDragon application (the "Service"). This page explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we may collect your email address and display name through email/password authentication or authentication providers if enabled.

Learning Data: We collect or store lesson progress, quiz scores, learning streaks, mistakes, and preferences. Some of this data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage; signed-in progress may also be stored in our backend database so it can be restored across sessions.

Voice and Speech Data: Voice input may be processed by your browser's built-in Speech Recognition API. Text used for read-aloud and tutor speech may be sent to text-to-speech providers to generate audio. We do not sell voice data or use it for advertising.

Chat Data: Messages you send to AI tutors are sent to our AI service provider for processing and response generation. We do not use tutor conversations for advertising.

Payment Data: If you purchase a paid plan on the web, payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To track your learning progress
• To generate AI tutor responses and speech playback
• To process payments through Stripe (our payment processor)
• To improve the Service based on usage patterns
• To send important updates about the Service

3. Data Storage

Your learning progress, preferences, and settings may be stored locally on your device using browser localStorage and, when you sign in, in our backend systems. We retain data only as needed to provide the Service, maintain account access, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In — for authentication
• Supabase — for authentication and backend data storage
• Stripe — for payment processing
• Vercel — for hosting
• Zhipu AI (GLM) — for AI chat functionality
• Microsoft Edge Neural TTS and/or Volcengine TTS — for text-to-speech audio generation

Each service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

5. Younger Learners

Our Google Play app is intended for learners aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request data portability

Signed-in users can request account and learning-data deletion from theAccount page. Deletion instructions are also available on theDelete Account page. You may also contact support if you need help with a subscription or deletion request.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
